Wire thread insert is an insert developed to protect the threaded holes of non-ferrous metals for threaded connections. Screwed and fastened in the threaded hole of one of the connected parts to form a standard internal thread, the bolt (or screw) and then screwed into it. Cold rolled stainless steel wire manufactured into a spiral inside and outside the concentric body threaded coils, cross-section is atrophic, shape similar to a spiral spring, with high hardness and good surface roughness accuracy. Application 1: Product assembly

Application 2: Thread Repair
